        The basic seasoning for the Sarawak laksa broth is cooked by adding prawn heads and shells to the laksa laksa paste. This spicy broth is then served with vermicelli, boiled prawns, thinly sliced ​​omelet, bean sprouts, sliced ​​chicken, and chopped celery leaves.

        Laksa ingredients :

        • Vermicelli (which has been dipped and tossed)
        • Stuffed chicken (fried better)
        • Fried Tofu
        • Omelet
        • Bean sprouts (spiced instantly)
        • Black fungus(selur)
        • 300g shrimp (shrimp)
        • Boiled eggs
        • Sambal belacan and lime kasturi


        How to prepare the sambal belacan: 

        Grind (using a dry ingredients blender) 3-4 red chili sprigs + 10 red chili sprigs (according to the level of spiciness of each) together with 3 tablespoons belacan and a little salt..if you want to make more sambal belacan, you can use an ingredient blender wet.. just mix a little water, just to move the engine


        Laksa sauce ingredients:

        • 200g Sarawak Hj Manan Laksa Laksa Paste
        • 2 liters of water
        • 200g shrimp without skin-may also be chopped
        • 2 sticks of lemongrass-tap
        • 200 ml thick coconut milk (hasue to use coconut milk box)
        • Salt n sugar / flavoring to taste


        How to prepare laksa sauce:

        • Bring 2 liters of water to a boil and dip in the prawns (300g) briefly. You can also boil the chicken if you don't like it fried. Throw it.
        • Add laksa spices, tapped lemongrass and cook until it boils. Add shrimp (200g) for gravy, coconut milk, salt, sugar. Let it boil and mix the flavors.


        How to Serve Laksa Sarawak:

        Prepare a bowl, put the vermicelli, and laksa ingredients on it. Complete with laksa sauce and sambal belacan. Squeeze the Kasturi lime and the laksa is ready to be enjoyed..
