- 3 medium beets, peeled and grated
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions
Follow these steps to make your own delicious Borscht:

- Add the remaining olive oil, onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
