Beef bulgogi is a traditional Korean food that is popular especially in Korean-style barbecue restaurants. Literally, bulgogi means grilled meat. The meat used can vary from chicken, beef, and pork.

Bulgogi seasoning is a mixture of soy sauce and sugar plus other spices depending on the recipe and the region in Korea. Before eating, lettuce is used to wrap the bulgogi with kimchi, garlic, or other seasonings.
Halal Recipe For Beef Bulgogi, Korean Roast Beef
Ingredients :
- 1 pound (453 g) flank steak, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar ¼ cup chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil teaspoon ground black pepper
How to make beef bulgogi
- Marinate the meat with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, scallions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Leave for 1 hour or overnight to allow the flavors to infuse more.
- Prepare the grill, put a little oil on the side surface for grilling. Heat the grill until it is hot enough to cook the meat.
- When the grill is hot, put the marinated meat on it. Cook until the meat is slightly burnt and cooked. Do not forget to diligently turn the meat every 2 minutes per side.
- Beef bulgogi is ready to be served.
