Halal Recipe for Laham Mashwi

Laham mashwi is a typical roast beef from the Middle East. made from meat, the meat used can be lamb or beef.


We can find this type of food in various countries in Asia, such as satay from Indonesia. However, those in some place have a different taste of laham mashwi when compared to those in the Middle East.


Most of the existing laham maswi, using the main ingredient of lamb.

Halal Recipe for Laham Mashwi

Material:

  •     350 grams of ground lamb
  •     100 grams of onions, chopped
  •     4 grams teaspoon salt


Seasoning ingredient:

  •     1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  •     1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon clove powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  •     1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  •     2 tablespoons cooking oil minyak
  •     Skewer


How to make Laham Mashwi:


  1.  Mix the ground lamb with the chopped onions until evenly distributed. Then, add all the spices and mix again until evenly distributed.
  2. Take a skewer, then flatten the lamb so that it sticks to the skewer. When it's done, brush the lamb with fierce oil, then grill it until it's cooked.
  3. When it is browned, remove and serve.
