Pide is served using a thin layer of pastry dough, then covered with toppings such as cheese, eggs, diced meat, chicken or tuna and placed in a hot stone oven.

Halal Recipe for Pide from Turkey
Bread Ingredients:
- 200 ml warm milk susu
- 100 ml of warm water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 ml of oil
- 650 gr flour (approximately)
Toppings (to taste):
- Potatoes (boiled, mashed with 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons milk, and salt)
- Grated cheese and pepperoni
Other Ingredients for Pide:
- 200 gr ground beef (fat)
- 1 large red chili
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder is not spicy
Grease Material:
- 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons liquid milk susu

How to make Pide from Turkey:
- For bread, mix milk and water in a bowl. Add sugar, stir. Pour the yeast. Let stand a few minutes until foamy.
- Add oil, then flour and salt. Do not add flour all at once.
- While stirring and kneading, add the flour little by little.
- If the dough is still too soft, add a little more flour. Knead until just smooth. Let stand until doubled.
- For meat, mix all ingredients, puree in a food processor, set aside.
- Also prepare other toppings (according to taste).
- Deflate the dough, knead briefly. Divide into several parts depending on the desired pide size.
- Round each one. Flatten lengthwise.
- Put the topping in the middle, leaving the edges. Fold the edges, glue the edges. Brush the edges with oil.
- Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 200 degrees Celsius fire top and bottom until browned.
- Cut into pieces, serve.
