Kumpir from Türkiye

How to Make Kumpir from Türkiye
- First, wash the potatoes, don't peel them, then steam until cooked.
- Split the middle of the potato, don't let it break, dredge the potato flesh. Then mix with vegetables, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, hot sauce, ketchup, pepper and oregano.
- Cover the bottom half of the potatoes, and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Lift.
