Kumpir is a typical Turkish dish of baked potatoes eaten with pickles such as green ilive, pickled beets and a bit of yogurt mix that gives it a sour taste.

  • 2 large potatoes
  • Peas, corn, carrots
  • To taste tomato sauce
  • To taste hot sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano
  • Pepper powder
  • Aluminum foil

How to Make Kumpir from Türkiye

  1. First, wash the potatoes, don't peel them, then steam until cooked.
  2. Split the middle of the potato, don't let it break, dredge the potato flesh. Then mix with vegetables, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, hot sauce, ketchup, pepper and oregano.
  3. Cover the bottom half of the potatoes, and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Lift.
