Halal Recipes for Gohu Fish From Ternate Indonesia
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 servings
Gohu Fish Materials
- 250 g of fresh tuna fillet
- 2 tablespoons of lemon/lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g of basil leaves
- 10 bird's eye chilies, coarsely sliced
- 10 pieces of red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of roasted walnuts, roughly crushed
- 5 tbsp cooking oil, heat it
How to cook Gohu Fish
- Wash the fish, then cut into ½ - 1 cm cubes. Smear with lemon juice and salt, set aside for a while.
- Coarsely chop the basil leaves, stir in the cayenne pepper, shallots and walnuts.
- Combine the fish pieces with the mixed ingredients, stir until smooth, then add the hot oil into it, stir well.
- Move the gohu to a serving bowl, serve and enjoy immediately.
