Halal recipe for Rawon
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of brisket
- 2 lemongrass stalks, crushed
- 5 pieces of lime leaves
- 1 segment of galangal, bruised
- enough water
Spices:
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 7 kluwak, dredge the contents
- 1 tsp coriander
- 3 pecans, roasted
- 1 segment of turmeric, burn
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- powder broth to taste
