- 1 cup of wheat flour
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs

Ho to Make Coxinha

1. Sauté the onions and garlic.
2. Add shredded chicken, chili powder and a little salt. Stir well.
3. Transfer the stir to the bowl. Mix with cream cheese and celery leaves.
4. Heat butter in a pan. Then add the chicken stock, milk and flour. Mix well.
5. Fill the chicken and other mixture into the croquette skin mixture.
6. Shape the croquettes like the shape of an onion.
