Ingredients:

  •     5 slices of smoked beef, medium slices
  •     1 lemongrass stalk, slice the white part only
  •     5 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced
  •     10 red onions, thinly sliced
  •     3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Powdered broth to taste
  •     Pepper to taste
  •     Enough oil for frying
  •     5 lime leaves, remove the bones, thinly sliced


How to make Beef Sei with Sambal Matah:


1. Heat oil in a skillet, put the smoked beef. Saute until half cooked.

2. Enter the onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, sliced ​​lime leaves and lemongrass. Saute until all ingredients are slightly wilted and fragrant.
