Ingredients

  •     450 grams of wheat flour
  •     3 eggs
  •     to taste Salt
  •     177 ml of warm water

  •     2 chopped onions
  •     2 chopped spring onions
  •     enough black pepper
  •     to taste Black pepper


How to Cook Pelmeni

  1. Sift flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Make a hole in the middle of the sifted flour, add the eggs and water.
  3. Mix the dough well, then transfer it to a floured table, and continue kneading the dough until it's smooth.
  4. After that thin the dough, 2 cm thick and then using a bottle cap to make a circle
  5. Place the chopped chicken and onions in the center
  6. Fold into two parts
  7. And join the edges
  8. Bring the water that has been added with salt and a little cooking oil to a boil.
  9. The Pelmeni filling can be modified with flavors and spices according to taste. try to finely chop or grind the filling. if there is raw chicken or raw meat, it can be ground together with spices such as making meatballs.
